Pursuit Wins Gold at the UK National Contact Centre of the Year Awards

Pursuit Marketing was recently awarded as Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year 2022.

 

The 4icg Group is proud to announce that Pursuit Marketing won Gold at the UK National Contact Centre of the Year Awards 2022, which took place on the 20th June at the Old Billingsgate in Central London,

Hosted by celebrity chef, Ainsley Harriott, it was a glamorous evening in a stunning setting and a welcome return to in-person industry events. The Call Centre Management Assocation (CCMA) put on a great show and we’d like to thank them, the event organisers, and the venue staff for their hospitality.

Celebrating their 27th year in 2022, the UK National Contact Centre Awards are the longest running and most highly respected programme celebrating the achievements of contact centres and their staff across the UK.

Earlier this year, Pursuit Marketing welcomed a panel from the CCMA to our headquarters in Glasgow as part of the finalist judging process. This visit included a tour of the office alongside a presentation and Q&A session to discuss our people, company ethos, vision, and what we believe makes us a leading outsourced contact centre.

We were beyond thrilled to then be awarded as ‘Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year’ on the night, coming out on top over some tough competition. Those in attendance from 4icg had a wonderful evening celebrating, and the Pursuit Marketing offices were abuzz for the rest of the week!
